New areas of study require gas standards that are not commercially available in bottles: siloxanes, BTX (Benzene, Toluene, Xylene) and other organic solvents or mixtures. For these applications we created LiqMix, which enables a controlled manner of evaporating a liquid solution in a gas stream to generate a standard gas at different concentrations.

The software LiqMix :

Our software dedicated to LiqMix permanently pilot of mass flow controllers and automates the generation of gas mixtures in a preprogrammed sequence. With relays, the software can be controlled remotely, or send a signal, for example, to control an external valve or start an analysis cycle. This automation reduces the time users.

The software also handles the temperature setpoints of the evaporator and the heated line, thereby maintaining the gas phase until the entry of the analyzer or of the process. Friendly and intuitive, the software is quickly mastered. It also includes a monitoring function, the audit trail for full traceability of transactions. All sequences can be saved to be recalled at any time.
